2 day hands-on advanced class to train students to analyze and map cellular records, geolocation data, and connected vehicle data using LeadsOnline Nighthawk.

Prior enrollment in 3 day digital data & cellular record analysis w/ Nighthawk; any Leadsonline Nighthawk classes; or free Nighthawk onboarding is required.

Students will work with real data to map and analyze in LeadsOnline Nighthawk and in Google Earth Pro.

Students will also be instructed on making powerful courtroom presentations along with discussing court testimony on geolocation analysis.

3 day hands-on class to train students to analyze phone data, cellular records, and other geolocation data using various forensic mapping tools.

Law Enforcement Officers will first learn about the proper way to seize, preserve, and analyze Mobile Phones. Mobile Forensic Tools such as Graykey, Cellebrite, and Axiom will be discussed. Hands-on practical with Cellebrite reader and Magnet Axiom.

Students will be introduced to Cellular Network Technology and how Cell Site Location Information obtained from Cellular Providers can be used in criminal investigations to locate a device historically and during live tracking.

This course will be hands-on where students will work with a forensic mapping tool to analyze Apple, Google, and Cell Site Location Information.

2 day hands-on class where students will learn the skills needed to conduct internet-based investigations along with obtaining data from Social Media companies with a court order. 

Students will be introduced to Open-Source Intelligence Techniques (OSINT) that can be used to obtain evidence and information about offenders without the need for legal orders. 

Students will be introduced to Internet Protocol and the Dark Web.  Advanced Google Search Techniques will be discussed along with tips on creating online identities for Online Investigations. 

Students will work with a forensic mapping tool to analyze Snapchat geolocation data.

Students will need a laptop with internet capability and Google Earth Pro for Desktop installed on their laptop.  Bring a mouse to use with the laptop.

2 day hands-on class for Law Enforcement Officers, Detectives, and Prosecutors who will learn of current trends in Financial Crimes with an emphasis on cryptocurrency related investigations. 

Instruction focuses on identifying the type of financial crime along with collecting proper information for the initial report, through investigative techniques, and ultimately possible seizure of assets.

Students will be able to identify, trace and possibly seize cryptocurrency as part of their investigation. 

Students will be introduced on using High-Tech Investigative Techniques to help identify the offender, identify funds or property subject to seizure, and bringing the offender to the criminal justice system for a successful prosecution.

Students will learn a basic understanding of crypto currency and how it is utilized by criminals.

Students will learn the skills needed to conduct internet-based investigations, using open-source techniques.

2 day hands-on class to train students on current trends in Financial Crimes.

Instruction focuses on different financial crimes along with collected and preserving evidence.

Students will be intruduced on using Hi-Tech Investigative Techniques to help identify the offender and to bring the offender to justice for a successful prosecution.

Students will learn the skills needed to conduct internet-based investigations.

The proper extraction and handling of video surveillance and mobile phone data will also be discussed.

Students will be instructed on using Cellebrite reader to analyze phone data in a hands-on practical.

2 day virtual hands-on class equips participants with the skills to transform structured datasets into actionable investigative intelligence.

On Day 1, students learn practical techniques using Microsoft Excel to filter, sort, pivot, and visualize large datasets to identify patterns and build investigative timelines.

On Day 2, students work with SQLite databases extracted from mobile applications or system artifacts, learning to navigate, query, and link information to broader case data.

By the end of the course, participants will confidently process and correlate digital exports to uncover leads and produce court-ready reports.

2 day foundational virtual instructor led class prepares law enforcement professionals to navigate digital footprints and electronic evidence handling in modern investigations.

Students learn what digital footprints are, how their online activities can expose them to risks, and how suspects leave digital trails that investigators can exploit.

The course covers active and passive digital data, personally identifiable information (PII) vulnerabilities, minimizing online exposure, securing social media accounts, and responding to incidents such as doxing or identity theft.

Students also gain practical knowledge for identifying, preserving, collecting, and transporting electronic evidence while maintaining proper chain of custody.

Instruction emphasizes scene safety protocols, recognizing electronic devices and storage media, documenting device states, proper packaging techniques, and escalating cases to digital forensic specialists.

The course emphasizes officer safety, protecting investigative integrity, and building foundational skills for advanced digital forensics training.

This 2 day hands-on class is designed for Patrol Officers and Investigators.  Students will first learn about video surveillance technology and how we perceive the recorded image. 

Students will learn the best practices in properly obtaining video surveillance from various types of video surveillance recorders to obtain the best quality videos. Proper handling of Digital Multimedia Evidence will be discussed which will increase the likelihood of court admissibility in criminal cases.  Forensic Video Enhancement software will be discussed that can be used to clarify videos and images for comparison and contrasting.

This will include hands-on training using 10 different DVR and NVR systems to extract videos.

Host agency will need to provide 10 computer monitors.
