Class presentation is contingent upon a minimum enrollment of students. Students will be notified a minimum of approximately 7 days prior to the start of the class if a class has not met minimum enrollment. Do not book non-reimbursable travel/lodging until you receive email notification about the class being confirmed. A full refund of the class fees will be provided if class is canceled.
In-person and virtual live registered students may cancel their registration up to 21 days prior to the start of the class for a refund (credit card payers may be charged for nonrefundable processing fees of 2.9%). All sales are final for self-paced virtual class registered students with no refunds. In-person and virtual live students who cancel their registration within 21 days prior to the start of the class who do not receive a refund may take the same class or a class with similar cost in the future at any location.
Proprietary Materials and Confidentiality:
All information, documents, and materials are considered confidential intellectual property of Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC., unless otherwise stated; and shall not be transferred, distributed, copied, or used, without the express written consent of Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC.
Privacy Policy:
Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC. does not sell client information to any third-party companies or entities. Client information may be provided to a third-party in order to provide access to course materials and/or software accounts necessary for services. When registering, clients agree to receive communications relevant to their services and future offerings. Clients may opt-out at any time.
