Class presentation is contingent upon a minimum enrollment of students. Students will be notified a minimum of approximately 7 days prior to the start of the class if a class has not met minimum enrollment. Do not book non-reimbursable travel/lodging until you receive email notification about the class being confirmed. A full refund of the class fees will be provided if class is canceled.
Registered students may cancel their registration up to 21 days prior to the start of the class for a refund (credit card payers may be charged for nonrefundable processing fees of 2.9%). Registered students who cancel their registration and don’t receive a refund may take the same class or a class with similar cost in the future at any location.
Proprietary Materials and Confidentiality:
All information, documents, and materials are considered confidential intellectual property of Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC., unless otherwise stated; and shall not be transferred, distributed, copied, or used, without the express written consent of Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC.

Hi-Tech Investigations, LLC. does not sell client information to any third-party companies or entities. Client information may be provided to a third-party in order to provide access to course materials and/or software accounts necessary for services. When registering, clients agree to receive communications relevant to their services and future offerings. Clients may opt-out at any time.
